The portable core, reviewed v2 configuration, ruleset lifecycle contract, identity contract, and canonical Privacy Shield icon are source-complete and validated. Privacy Shield remains in active development until compiled GoreeCloud Browser runtime and UI acceptance is executed, reviewed, and recorded.
